I will try to pick randomly a different driver every weekend from April until September to get a few "fun facts" about an FRRC, ASA Midwest, WCS, Slinger or other local racing hot shoe and post them. Of course, this is all based on time constraints and such. But, I thought it might be a nice way for fans to connect with some personal facts about their favorite driver.

Little known fact: The first time I drove a oval car I won. Galesburg MI 1/3 mile asphalt track, I was driving my uncles car (like our Super Stocks) I was 17. The next time I drove a car was the 2003 season ( I was 37 ) at WIR in a 4 cylinder and I won that race too.

Little known fact: Back in 1993 raced my first full size car, it was my grandpa's old boat "1977 pontiac catalina" at Norway in the slammer class! It was one of the longest race car i've ever seen.
